He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Morgal and Gertrude Morgal; his children, Katherine and Joseph Morgal; and his siblings, Johnny and Shirley Morgal.
He is survived by: his daughter Christina Morgal of Aquasco, MD; his wife Brenda Morgal; his sister Amy Windsor of Bowie, MD; his mother-in-law Ruth Windsor; his sister-in-law Margaret Windsor; and his nephew William Windsor. He is also survived by his many close friends and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages individuals to donate in David's name to the Baden Volunteer Fire Department.
