She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband John C. Hartman, Sr. (Jack); and her children, Jacquelyn L. Fujiwara and John C. Hartman, Jr.. She was also cherished by 8 great-grandchildren.
Memorial Donations in Elsie's memory may be made to the Charlestown Benevolent Care Fund or to St. Jude Childrens Hospital.
