He is survived by: his children, Mary "Kitty" Shifflett (Mike), Floyd Turner, Jr. (Annie) and Kathy Seymer (Scott); his grandchildren, Nicole Mullin, Holtman, Stephanie Shifflett, Ashley Wright (Victor, Jr.), Amanda Krochune (Jayme), Taylor Shifflett, Ryan Turner (Alex) and Hannah Seymer; his great grandchildren, Victor III, Dominic, Mason Leake, McKenzie Turner, Zoe Oats, Landon Krochune, Lilly Krochune, Ryleigh Turner and Payton Turner; and his sibling Tiny Sterling. He is also survived by other loving nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Ambrose Funeral Home (1328 Sulphur Spring Rd, Halethorpe, MD 21227). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Crest Lawn Memorial Gardens (2150 Mt View Rd, Marriottsville, MD 21104).
