John touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carol Blottenberger; his children, Katherine Grace Blottenberger (Keith Bull), Natalie Wettengel (Brent), Emily Wolford (Jason Todd) and Tyler Wolford (Brianna Just); his grandchildren, Ava, Hunter, Kennedy and Delaney; his sister Doris Taylor (Dave); his nephews, David Taylor, II (Abbie), John Taylor (Katherine) and Matthew Taylor (Courtney); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tinsley, Tilman, Talbot, Broderick and Bryn.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ambrose Funeral Home and Cremation Services (1328 Sulphur Spring Rd, Halethorpe, MD 21227). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
