It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph E. Owens Sr. (Arbutus, Maryland), who passed away on September 25, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Arbutus Memorial Park (1101 Sulphur Spring Rd, Arbutus, MD 21227).
