She was predeceased by: her parents, Vicente Martin Ortiz and Delia Lopez-Revera Ortiz; her brother-in-law Josue Bermudez; her nephew Adam Vincent Ortiz; and her great-niece Skyler Diamond.
She is survived by: her husband James Nicholas Cefaratti; her children, Nicholas Cefaratti (Christine), Jeremy Michael Cefaratti (Hannah), Benjamin Daniel Cefaratti (Dori), Laura-Sun Grace Cefaratti, Natasha Ruth Cefaratti, Timothy Andrew Cefaratti, Jonathan David Cefaratti and Gabriel Joseph Cefaratti; her siblings, Vilma Ortiz Diaz of Delaware, Mildred Ortiz Bermudez of Maine, Rebecca Ortiz Armstrong (James) of Florida and Vincent Otoniel Ortiz (Agnes) of Florida; and her grandson Emmanuel Tevin Cefaratti. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the CrossPointe Church (365 Jones Station Rd, Arnold, MD 21012). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
