He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward John Marshall and Alverta Saffield; and his siblings, Donald Marshall and Peggy Crandall. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lee Marshall; his children, Tammy Kendall, Sherrie Marshall, Brandie Marshall, Robbie Newton, Ricky Newton and Jamie Newton; and his brothers, Wayne Marshall and Charles Marshall. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Barranco Severna Park Funeral Home & Cremation Care (495 Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park, MD 21146). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Barranco Funeral Home (495 Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park, MD 21146).
