He was predeceased by : his wife Patricia A. Butschky; his son Kevin J. Butschky; and his parents, William E. Butschky and Christina Butschky. He is survived by : his children, Douglas J. Butschky of Pasadena, MD and Julie A. Swain of Arnold, MD; and his sister Christine Janus of Fallston, MD. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
