Phillip Allan Roter Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Allan Roter (Arnold, Maryland), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 4, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Alex Roter and Shirley Roter; his child Zach; his wife Gina Lauber Roter; his daughter Calley Roter; his siblings, Laura Roter Klein (Jon) and Brad Roter (Veronica Truffat); his cousin Roberta Senzel (David); and his son Zachary Roter. He was also cherished by loving nieces and nephews.
