He was also cherished by 29 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren, his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

“I am so very sorry to hear of the passing of your husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. Dick was a great neighbor! He always had a story to tell. He also love to talk about his family. He was very proud of each and every member. I remember him and Jackie burning up the road to attend all the events/games etc. I was amazed at the amount of ground they would cover.
