He was predeceased by: his father Alvin Brown; and his brother Aaron Brown. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Brown; his children, Kristin, Melissa, Ryan and Emily Brown; his granddaughter Francesca Brown; his daughter Michelle Swann; his sisters, Brenda Seal and Cherie Reynolds; and his pet Josephine. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Rausch Funeral Home-Owings (8325 Mt Harmony Ln, Owings, MD 20736). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
