Aaron Sarfaty Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Aaron Sarfaty in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on January 2, 2026, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Enid Sarfaty; his son Jacob Sarfaty; his siblings, Morris, Clara, Abe, Celia, Goldie and Sam; and his parents, Sarah Sarfaty and Jacob Sarfaty.

He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Smith (John) and Jeanne Glazer (Hillel); his grandchildren, Enid Aeron Adams, Andrew Jacob Smith, Elizabeth Jeanne Smith, Michael Cory Smith, Aaron Jacob Sarfaty, Allie Sarfaty, Sarah Nicole Sarfaty, Jacob Sarfaty Glazer, Mali Rose Glazer, Alexander Baer Glazer and Sarah Lior Glazer; and his great grandchildren, Danielle Rose Smith, Krystle Anastasia Smith, Abigail Jo Smith and Samuel Avitt Smith.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Chevrei Tzedek Congregation, World Performing Arts Center of Lynn University, or the Sephardic Center of Surfside Florida.
