He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Levy; his stepchildren, Lindsey Sklar (Ace) and Gregory Sherman; his sisters, Sharlene Levy and Alayne Levy Birckhead (John); his grandchild Ozlyn Sklar; his niece Leslie Levy (Kahn); his nephews, Jordan Levy and Dustin Levy; his great-niece Zaniah Belle; and his great-nephew Kahn Carley IV.
