He is survived by: his son Edward Collins, Sr. of New Haven, CT; his grandson Edward Collins, Jr. of Baltimore, MD; his siblings, Rathmond Collins, III (Lorie) of Suffolk, VA, Vera Collins Craig (Vernon) of Hampton, VA and Catherine Collins of Killeen, TX; his siblings' children, Rachel Collins McPhatter (Marcus), V. Timothy Craig of Newport News, VA and Rathmond Collins, IV of San Diego, CA; and his cousin Vernel Kennedy of Suffolk, VA.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Vaughn Greene Funeral Services (8728 Liberty Rd, Randallstown, MD 21133). Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the St. Anne's Episcopal Church (199 Duke of Gloucester St, Annapolis, MD 21401).
