She was predeceased by: her parents, Asa Coleman and Adelle Knox; and her brother Freddie Knox. She is survived by: her husband Anthony Young Lewis, Jr.; her sons, Anthony Young Lewis, III and Jonathan Christopher Lewis (Medinah); and her grandchild Nijah Imani.
