He is survived by: his son Arthur Sprinkel, Jr. (JoLynn Lucas); his siblings, Doris McCray, Delbert Sprinkel (Judy) and Larry Sprinkel; his nieces and nephews, Lechia Frederick (Clayton), Bill Day (Cathy) and Arthur; and his granddaughters, Jodi Kellam (Michael) and Ashley Wu. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
