Penner; his daughters, Kristen Amanda Penner (Lorelei Mackenzie) of New York and Katrina Michelle Penner of California; his grandchild Caspian Reed Penner-Mackenzie; his sibling Thomas Penner (Glenna) of Pennsylvania; his aunts and uncles, Adolf Schuldt of Canada and Sieglinde Rooney of Canada; his family Baltimore; and his daughter Katie.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. (1050 York Rd, Towson, MD 21204). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Zion Church (400 E Lexington St, Baltimore, MD 21202).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Zion Church of the City of Baltimore or the Chesapeake Bay Trust.
