She is survived by: her children, David Borek and Kathleen Dulay (John); her grandchildren, Kristin, Lauren (Wesley), Heather, Mathew and Chelsea; and her great grandchildren, Colton, Delaney and John "Jack". She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
