Bertha Sunderland Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 16, 2025, at the age of 93, Bertha Sunderland (Baltimore, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may Bertha find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Sunderland. She is survived by: her daughters, Stephanie Bittner (John) and Dina Sunderland; her granddaughter Sara Bittner; and her sister Stella Sunderland.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Aisquith Presbyterian Church (7515 Harford Rd, Baltimore, MD 21234).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Aisquith Presbyterian Church.
