She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony Shields; her daughter Darlene Basta; and her grandson Rusty Kratchovil. She is survived by: her children, Toni Kratchovil and Joseph M. Shields; her children-in-law, Thomas Basta and Cindy Shields; her grandchildren, Chrissy Vero and Kathleen Kilhefner (Josh Kilhefner); her great grandchildren, Cierra Kratchovil, Anthony Heffler and Charlotte Rose Kilhefner; her sister Rita Garrett (William Garrett Sr.); and her nephew William Garrett, Jr. (Robin).
