He is survived by: his sons, Zachary Hooper (Kelsey) and Sean Hooper (Rachel); his grandchildren, Ella and Haven Hooper; his brothers, Richard Hooper and Brian Merico; his parents, Karlyne Merico and Frank Hooper Sr.; and his stepmother Linda Hooper.
