He was predeceased by: his brother Bruce Kramer. He is survived by: his wife Carol Flury-Kramer; his daughters, Laurel Kramer (Andrew Stewart) and Jessica Kramer; and his sister Diane Kern. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
