It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Beard (Baltimore, Maryland), who passed away on March 27, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Stephen "Bud" Beard, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Brenda Peters (Michael) and C. Ann Vinci (John); her grandchildren, Katherine Quigley, Stephen Quigley (Adam), William Quigley, III, Erin Thompson (Patrick), Joseph Vinci and Sarah Vinci (Robert Hamby); and her great grandchildren, Stephen "Joey", Brandon, Patrick, Brooke, Ashton and Cameron. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
