It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol L. Hooper of Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on April 16, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Caroll Cross and Louise Lumpkin Cross; and her husband Raymond Leo Hooper. She is survived by : her significant other Paul Jones; and her daughters, Emilee Hooper and Heather Stanley. She is also survived by her two grandsons, and an abundance of friends.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Pepper's Creek Clubhouse (33337 Bayberry Ct, Dagsboro, DE 19939).
