She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband John Bishop; her sons, Marty (Carol Klein Bishop) of Baltimore, MD and Tim; her son-in-law Joseph Walseth of Portland, OR; her grandchildren, Juliet Bishop of Baltimore, MD and Zack Bishop of Bethlehem, PA; and her siblings, Robert Heiniger of Glen Burnie, MD, Patricia Miller of Boise, ID and Joan Ann Sapon of Albuquerque, NM..

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, June 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Open House (716 Gladstone Ave, Baltimore, MD 21210).

She gives special thanks to her family for caring for her as she coped with Alzheimer's disease during her waning years.
