She was predeceased by: her parents, John B. Mills and Eliza Henderson Mills; her husband Collins E. Grant, Sr.; and her siblings, Grace Mills Shropshire, Johnnie Mae Mills Colvin, Theodosia Mills Sadler, Martha J. Mills, James E. Mills, Thomas N. Mills, Wilma Mills Foster and Macon I. Mills.
She is survived by: her sons, Collins E. Grant, Jr. (Sonya) of Chesapeake and James M. Grant, Sr. of Columbia, SC.; and her grandchildren, Caroline Patricia Grant of Norfolk and James Macon Grant, Jr. of Greenville. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
