We are sad to announce that on August 6, 2023, Charles Alfred Kongro IV of Baltimore, Maryland, born in Havre de Grace, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Alfred Kongro, III and Patrcia McFadden Angstadt; his children, Charles Kongro, Kevin Kongro, Kaylynn Kongro and Kenneth Kite, III; his sister Melissa Kongro; and his sibling's children, Jayden Jordan and Autumn Jordan. He was also cherished by several aunts and uncles, cousins, and numerous friends.
