He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rosemarie Clapin; his children, Timothy Howard Clapin and Christina Louise Wehner (Richard A., Sr.); his grandchildren, Richard A. Wehner, Jr. and Kristin Joy Wilson; and his great grandchildren, Cameron Adrian Wilson, Brayden Christopher Wilson, Mason Alexander Wilson, Rowan Charlotte Wilson, Keira Olivia Wehner and Evelyn Lily Wehner. He was also cherished by other loving relatives and friends.
A reception will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the United Evangelical Church (3200 Dillon St, Baltimore, MD 21224). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Lawn Cemetery (7225 Eastern Ave, Baltimore, MD 21224).
