He is survived by: his wife Linda Riggin; his children, Michael P. Riggin, Sr. (Lisa) of San Antonio, TX, Kathleen and Joanna Riggin of Hanover, MD; and his sister Elizabeth Sullivan (Walt) of Virginia Beach. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren & 9 great grandchildren.
