Charles Frank Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charles Frank (Baltimore, Maryland), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 13, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel and Catherine; and his siblings, Eddie, Jim, Leonard and Catherine "Sis".

He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his daughters, Roni (Jay) and Cathy (Craig); his granddaughter Emily (Mitch); and his brother Dan (Kay).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Breakthrough T1D in his name to continue spreading the goodwill and warmth he embodied.
