He was predeceased by: his parents, George Worthington and Anna Worthington; and his siblings, Thomas Worthington, Leo Worthington and Zita Naff.

He is survived by: his sister Ellen Winterstein; and his caregiver Nenita Manapsal. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
