She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Blow Edwards and Eddie Edwards; her children, Towing, Patricia Edwards and Walter Larry Uzzle; her grandsons, Jamie and Jerome; her great grandchild Ajsia Edwards; her son-in-law Isaiah Powell; and her siblings, Bertha, Odester, Mary Frances, Mable, Lillian and Robert.
She is survived by: her children, Prophetess (Deloise Lias), Martha Edwards, Denise Harrell, Yolanda Powell and Michael Uzzle; her sister Martha Whitaker of Baltimore, MD; and her sister-in-law Doris Uzzle of Smithfield, VA.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
