He is survived by: his children, Darvin Mills, Jr., Charles Mills (Kim), Bethann Mills, Michelle Mills and Kimberly Mills; his stepchildren, Pamela Harrison, Clyde Coughenour, Jr. (Lucy), Lynda Coughenour Barley (Lance), Susie Hamilton (Rob), James Coughenour and Charles Mills (Kim); his grandchildren, Melvin Coughenour, Alicia Gogats (Brad), Melissa Morrow (Paul), Rebecca Flint (George), Veronica Barley, Hunter Barley (Grace), Evan Barley, Robbie Hamilton, Sam Hamilton, Sean Gutermuth (Jewel), Ashley Rich, Matthew Rich, Sabrina Mills and Kacy Rau; his great grandchildren, Dustin Behrens, Theodore Gutermuth, Charles David Mills, Jr. (Patricia), Barbara Joan Myers (Howard) and Betty Hebb (Stephen Hebb); and also, Dustin Behrens, Theodore Gutermuth, Jasmine Flint, Noah Gogats, Harrison Gogats, Alex Gogats, Roland Barley, Hailey Harrison and Devin Hill.
