With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David J. Macek (Baltimore, Maryland), who passed away on February 28, 2026 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Kristina Moore (Ronnie) and Julia Perdue (Sean); his grandfathers, Bryannah Jacobs, Kevin Perdue, Emmett and Avery Moore; his siblings, Carol Hagenbuch, Nancy Scheitlin, Katherine Nicholson and Paul Macek; his stepmother Jennie Macek; his parents, Nancy Macek and Edward Macek; and his brother Michael Macek. He was also cherished by His family, along with many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A memorial gathering was held on Sunday, March 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Kaczorowski Funeral Home (1201 Dundalk Ave, Baltimore, MD 21222). A prayer was held on Sunday, March 8th 2026 from 3:45 PM to 4:30 PM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Friday, March 20th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Crownsville Maryland Veterans Cemetery (1122 Sunrise Beach Rd, Crownsville, MD 21032).
