She was predeceased by: her husband David Charles Franz; her brothers, Alan Heinfling and Neil Heinfling (Jennifer); and her parents, Blanche Heinfling and Samuel Heinfling.
She is survived by: her children, Benjamin Franz, Jonathan Franz, Aaron Franz (Leah Berlin), Aryeh Franz (Katie) and Chana Franz; her sister Shelley Tenen (Neal); and her grandchildren, Aimee Franz and David Franz.
