She was predeceased by: her parents, Thelma Chaffman and Raymond Chaffman; her stepmother Etta Marie Chaffman; and her brother Raymond "Bo" Chaffman. She is survived by: her aunt Bee; her husband Art Chaffman; her daughter Breanna; her stepdaughter Paula Lennox (Tim); her stepgrandchildren, Amber Stevens, Lindsay Conway and Matthew Lennox; her sisters, Diana Jarels (Sam) and Donna Snyder; and her stepsiblings, Charlene Gunter (Rob) and Richard Snyder Jr. (Dawn).
