She was predeceased by: her father Deacon James A. Garfield Jones; her husband Ether Lee; her son Walter Lee; her mother Viola; and her siblings, Helen Jones Young, Paul Jones, Edward Jones and Ruby Ballenger.
She is survived by: her children, Alvin Curtis, Sandra Vanessa Johnson, Michael Angelo (Audrey), Ronald Aaron, Darius Macer-Palmer and Vivian Johnson; her grandchildren, Nickia Fulton (Myron), Keshena Johnson, Roshina Thomas, Amirah Palmer, Darien Palmer (Cheresse), Marcus Johnson, Alvin Palmer Jr. and Briana Palmer; her great grandchildren, Courtney Massey, Arieana Handy, Jerri Hubbard, Jordan Marshall (Indira), Shamaree Johnson, Ashton Palmer, Austin Johnson and Miracle Palmer; and her siblings, Clarence Jones (Brenda) and Mary Jones Jackson (Woodrow). She is also survived by great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Walker's Life Memorial Center. A wake will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Veronica Catholic Church (806 Cherry Hill Rd, Baltimore, MD 21225). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at the Cedar Hill Cemetery (5829 Ritchie Hwy, Baltimore, MD 21225).
