He is survived by: his wife Syril Steingroot; his children, Nissi Steingroot (Dassi), Eliyahu Steingroot and Yochanan Steingroot; his father Yakov Steingroot; his sisters, Elana Goldstein (Danny), Aviva Steingroot and Chava Weinheber (Meir); and his grandchildren, Mendy and Yosef.
A funeral service was held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Sol Levinson's Chapel (8900 Reisterstown Rd, Pikesville, MD 21208).
