He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie Dew; his sons, Chris Dew (Ellen) and Jeff Dew (Jessica); his brother William E. Dew (Tess); and his grandchildren, Camryn Dew, Alyse Dew, Juliet Dew, Catherine Dew and Preston Dew.
