He is survived by: his sons, John Blair (Stella) and James Blair (Beverly); his grandchildren, Kelly Thuillier, Patrick Blair (Lauren), Kate English, Megan Hermann (Matt) and John Blair (Amanda); and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Raymond, Silas, Grace, Oliver, Mackenzie, Reese, Cole, Grayson and Grant.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. (1501 E Fort Ave, Baltimore, MD 21230). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
