He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Pertnoy; his brother Dr. Allan Pertnoy; and his parents, Lottie Pertnoy and Joseph Pertnoy. He is survived by: his children, Phillip Pertnoy (Adeline) and Sharon Petillo (Edward); his grandsons, Joseph Petillo (Melanie) and Michael Petillo; his great grandchild Giovanni Petillo; and his stepgrandchildren, Joseph Artesani, Anthony Artesani and Jennifer Artesani.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Tifereth Israel Cemetery (6307 Hamilton Ave, Rosedale, MD 21237).
