He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, Tabetha (Scott), Timothy (Jenna), Emily (Nate) and John (Erin); his grandchildren, Ethan (Abi), Bethany, Olivia, Berkeley, Selah, Elijah, Autumn, Macie, Maximus, Enoch and Magnus; and his siblings, Richard, Joan and Rodger.
