She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Slack and Alma Slack (Hamrick); and her brother Philip Slack. She is survived by: her sons, John Alevato of Baltimore, MD and Craig Alevato of Charlestown, MD; and her brothers, George and Jerry Slack.
