He is survived by: his wife Mary Carol DeVilbiss; his children, Katie Baghli (Salim), Eric DeVilbiss (Danielle) and Kenneth DeVilbiss; his grandchildren, Lily Baghli, Ayden Baghli, Ryan Baghli, Abigail DeVilbiss, Emery DeVilbiss, Daniel DeVilbiss and Michelle DeVilbiss; and his brothers, William DeVilbiss, Charles DeVilbiss and Paul DeVilbiss.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Schimunek Funeral Home (9705 Belair Rd, Nottingham, MD 21236). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Joseph Fullerton Church.
