He was predeceased by: his mother Emma Graves (Jackson); and his sisters, Rosabell Lewis, Betty Jordan and Rev. Barbara McFarland. He is survived by: his father Roosevelt Graves; his wife Cynthia Lynn Carrington; his children, Franklin Graves Jr. (Anderlyn) and Tina Edwards (Lonnie); and his siblings, Rev. Johnnie Graves (Dorothy) and Ida Owens (John). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Oxley Heard Funeral Home (1305 Atlantic Ave, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church (2700 Demere Rd, St Simons Island, GA 31522).
