He is survived by: his children, John Smith (Laverne) of Randallstown, Franklin Kirby, Jr. (Renee Lee-Kirby) of Randallstown, Kenneth Kirby of Baltimore and Ira Kirby of Baltimore; his siblings, Renee Ross of Baltimore and Lemuel Kirby-Davis; and his son Roc. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
