As we bid George farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For George is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bauer and Barbara Bauer (Kupfer); his wife Dolores Bauer (Stolfo); and his siblings, Rita Wisowaty, Joseph Bauer, Louis Bauer, Paul Bauer, Ethel Lohrman and Lorraine Campbell.
He is survived by: his son Mark Bauer (Dawn) of Overlea. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 28th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Parkview Funeral Home & Cremation Service (7527 Harford Rd, Baltimore, MD 21234). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church (3615 Harford Rd, Baltimore, MD 21218).
