George E. Grant Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of George E. Grant of Baltimore, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 28, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Tester and Sonny Tester; his grandparents, Anna and George Runk; his sibling Denny "Skippy" Collins (Aida); and his uncles, Carl Runk (late Joan) and Joe Runk (Chip).

He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Grant; his children, Bella Grant and Gabby Grant; his siblings, Patty Grant, Tommy Grant (Sharie), Cassie Higgins (Scott) and Michael Tester; his uncles, David Runk (Mary) and Alfred Runk (Theresa); and his aunt Donna Hammell (late Mike). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 1st 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, May 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Cross Church (108 E West St, Baltimore, MD 21230).
