She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Andrew Brill and Gertrude M. Brill (Dirk); her husband Lloyd H. "Dick" Williams Jr.; and her grandsons, Kevin Matthew and Paul Christopher Cromer.
She is survived by: her children, Susan J. Cromer (David), Pam Cruz, Lloyd H. Williams III (Lynn) and Todd J. Williams; her grandchildren, Lauren Tait (Michael), Michael Hall (Heather), David Cromer III (Melissa), Caitlin Mongiovi (Mark), Shannyn Pokras (Jack), Lloyd H. Williams IV "Hank" (Bailey), Ryan Williams, Thomas Cutugno II (Taylor O'Connor) and Sam Cruz (Stevie); her great grandchildren, Caleb Snyder, Lily Cromer, Reese Mongiovi and Drew Mongiovi; and her stepgranddaughters, Megan Daly and Angelina VanSomeren.
She was also active in her community as a neighborhood block captain and volunteered with Southwest Emergency Services in Baltimore and collecting donations for the American Heart Association.
