He is survived by: the mother of his children Theresa Wise; his girlfriend Debra Reddish; his children, Charles Wise, Kimberly Wise and Tracey Hollins; and his grandchildren, Walter Shipley, Chastity Wise, Jesse Hollins, Shyanne Merrick, Leeanna Tusing, Sabastian Harrell of Charles and Ell Wise.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. (1501 E Fort Ave, Baltimore, MD 21230). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 8:30 PM and on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the same location.
